Waterfront is currently one of 11 properties developed by Oak Properties, nine of them being commercial properties. Waterfront is home to Waterfront Grill in Jenks, Oklahoma . Waterfront is located right up against and overlooking the Arkansas River, so the objective was develop a brand that was reflective of the location and experience.
Waterfront provided plenty of visual opportunities as we started to lay out the construction of the primary logo. With “Waterfront” being a longer word, we decided to utilize the “W” as a connective element to pull your eye into the rest of the word by creating a wave that weaves in and out of the typography. A seagull tops off the right hand stem of the “W”.
