Security Bank is a Community Bank that was coming up on 25 years of business and wanted a way to tell that story by celebrating their most valuable asset; their customers! The objective for this project was to build a story through video that would allow people to see where Security Bank started, what they value most and where they are determined to go.
We built Security Bank’s 25th Anniversary Brand Story Video from these things; Their history, their culture, customer testimonials and what the future holds. Outside of that, the story line was really going to come from interviewing their customers; customers that had come to Security Bank asking them to do what nobody else would; walk alongside them. We built out the brand story outline, collaborated on picking the perfect customers for interviews, put together interview questions, scheduled the shoot, built out a set… and then proceeded to be a part of hearing the most heartfelt, genuine, gratitude filled, organically-driven stories that we’ve ever heard. That actually made gluing the storyline together more difficult than expected for the simple fact that there was so much incredible content, that cutting anything just felt wrong. After all was said and done and final files were delivered, Security Bank ended up with a Brand Story Video that celebrated two things that were most important to them; 25 years of community relationships and impact and their customers. What we walked away with; many, many more stories to tell.
